1. Main research directions: (a) Physical basis of two-dimensional crystal growth: chemical vapor deposition growth method of two-dimensional crystals such as graphene; (b) Nanophotonics of two-dimensional materials: polarization polaritology of two-dimensional materials such as graphene, two-dimensional material integrated photonic devices.
2. Basic requirements for doctoral candidates:
